How it works

1. Initial Consultation

Starting your running journey is simple. Get in touch via the contact us button below to set up your initial face-to-face consultation. 

This consultation will be a casual discussion, usually over a coffee, to find out about your current training load and fitness levels, goals/aspirations, work-life balance, and other day-to-day commitments.

2. Personalised Running Programme

Following the initial consultation, a fully personalised running programme is provided every week via email with detailed information on training sessions, pacing, general runs, and alternative training. 

Programmes include advice on rehab exercises and specific cross training sessions if injuries are present.

3. Unlimited Communication

Benefit from frequent communication via WhatsApp/SMS or telephone. Whether its to catch-up on current training or racing, queries/concerns, or just for general guidance, I am on hand throughout the week, including weekends.

  • Training is tailored specifically to your needs with the aim of you performing at your best come race day.

16 Week Training Plan

  • Marathon Specific Block.
  • Bespoke one-off 16-week training plan perfect for athletes training for a full Marathon.
  • Training is tailored specifically to your needs with the aim of you performing at your best come race day.
